DHS can’t create vast DNA database to track ICE critics, lawsuit says

A group of four protesters is suing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the FBI, challenging the seizure of DNA samples from individuals arrested during peaceful protests against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
